Gracekit pads around camp. "Mom!"

Gracekit mewled at the camp entrance. Another wriggling kit left to be claimed. Another kit who's mother didn't want her. Her white fur was stained red from blood. She mewled louder so someone could hear her cries. She was hungry and bleeding.

Gracekit blinked weakly up at Shiningfur and over to Swiftkit. "I'm... Gracekit..." she said quietly and weakly,"My momma hurt me." she tried to hold up her front leg but didn't have the strength. Her belly rumbled.

Gracekit drank happily getting her strength back but still weak from loosing blood. After she finished she looked at Swiftkit. "Where am I?" she asked shyly.

Firekit pads confidently into ShadowClan's camp. He looks around and heads straight for the nursery. "Hello?" he asks peaking in, "Anyone here? I was left by my mother and wandered around until i found this camp."

Firekit nodded. "I'm Firekit. Where am I?" he asked, "I'm sort of alone." He smiled. "But nice to meet you." He looked around the camp and back at Mousekit waiting for him to answer.

Firekit smiled. "That's good. So do you have any littermates?" he asked. "Oh and if you were wondering I'm 4 moons old."

"Then it's just you and me. Wanna be friends?" he asked hopefully. He had no friends but remembered his sister who his mother took away from him. She had hated them so she wanted them as far apart as possible from her and each other. He missed his sister, Gracekit. He wanted to make friends so this was the perfect time. "I miss my sister. I guess I don't have family anymore."

"Don't be sorry." Firekit laughed, "Besides I hated my mother. She tried to hurt my sister. I was forced to grow up to fast. I had to fight my mom off before she took us away from RiverClan. But I will get revenge on her and my father. But now the only clan I'm loyal to is ShadowClan and now I can finally enjoy my childhood."

Firekit licked a spot of blood off of his black coat. He smiled. "I'm glad I met some cat who knows what it's like to be left behind. Even thought it's not the best thing to have in common. So what do you do around here?" he asked

Firekit laughed. "That pretty much happens in Riverclan."

"Yea but here you don't eat fish." Fire kit laughed and pretended a gag,"your lucky its gross."

"Ok." Gracekit mewed nervously. She had so many questions going through her mind. She just hoped the ThunderClan cats would accept her.

Gracekit nodded. "My mom hated me. She never wanted me or my brother. Before she took us away from RiverClan she tried to attack me but my brother,Firekit, saved me before I got hurt more than I already was. My father didn't care about us either and let momma do whatever she pleased with us. So she got tired of caring for us after 4 moons and took us away." Gracekit paused and sniffled," She took my brother from me. She took away the only cat that cared about me and she knew it. She took Firekit in the total opposite direction of me. And before long she sat me down somewhere a few fox lengths from here and gave me this deep scratch in my leg. She said it was something to remember her by. I watched her take my brother after she put me here. I thought I wasn't going to live but after I crawled a while with the strength I had left you found me. I just really miss my brother and I never want to see my mom again." Gracekit finished with a few tears falling off her muzzle as she looked at the ground then up at the cats watching her hoping they don't make her go back.

Firekit laughed. He smiled and looked around camp. "Hey Mousekit? Can you show me around camp? It would be fun!"

Firekit looked at Mousekit in confusion. "Are we allowed to?" Firekit didn't care but he didn't want to make a bad impression.

Firekit looked to the large cat that was coming their way. Firekit whispered to Mousekit,"Who's that?"

Firekit smiled in the direction of his new leader then turned to Mousekit. "Cool! Let's do this!" he exclaimed happily. He gave an excited bounce.

Sparkwater and Ripplefrost looked to see if anyone had seen them cross back over from the ThunderClan border. Sparkwater sat down and started to lick blood off her silver tabby pelt. Ripplefrost shook his head. "We better not get caught." and just as he said it there was a rustle from a nearby patch of reeds. Sparkwater kept grooming while Ripplefrost bristled and got ready to spring.

Firekit awed at the amazing place. He'd always wanted to see a twoleg. His friends had told him about them when he was younger.
